Preparation of participants
During the preparation period from 1 May 2025 on the agenda: intensive examination of the European political and social meeting horizon and development of own workshop concepts.
the ideas and concepts shall be shared on an online communication-platform
and are to be presented at a preparatory Advance Planning Visit (APV) on 08. – 09. June 2025 in order to generate concrete workshop offers.
Preparations of all partner groups :
– Development of theoretical back-ground knowledge on the topics and fields of significance, e.g. on intercultural methods or the European dimension. It should be ensured and proven that each team plans at least one educational and/or one artistic workshop and is responsible for its implementation.

Camp 2016 in the Carpathians/Ukraine: Presentation of the workshop proposals with reference to the workshop poster
– Preparation of the program for the national evening (typical regional cuisine)
– Theater – performances, song and dance performances.
On arrival in Berlin at 17. Aug.2025 all partners should have the following material with them or have prepared the theoretical background:
– Have the basic material for the country presentations ready pre-assembled so that it can be glued together to form a presentation board in one day.
– Flags for the flagpole, which could not be purchased, pre-sketched so that they can be painted on the first day.
– Workshopposter: Several detailed proposals with descriptions and sketches for the participatory projects of creative workshops,
– Concepts for the preparation of several educational workshops with other young people from other partners.
– All the „ingredients“ needed for the national evenings and the final party
– familiarized themselves with the objectives of the „Youth“ programme.
